Role Overview
Join us to design beautiful, user-centric interfaces. You will lead design systems, build interactive prototypes, and collaborate directly with the dev team.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the product lifecycle from initial discovery and user research to high-fidelity wireframing and interactive prototypes.
- Maintain and scale our internal UI component design library in Figma.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on customer feedback and analytics.
- Ensure seamless handoff of design specs and assets to frontend developers.
Requirements & Skills
- Strong portfolio showcasing mobile, web, and dashboard designs with premium visual aesthetics.
- Expert proficiency in Figma, design systems, auto-layout, and components.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS/Tailwind to design with code constraints in mind.
- Ability to prototype complex interactions and page transitions.
- Excellent communication skills to explain design decisions to stakeholders.
